Grouping Items In A Folder All At Once

I find this new Lion feature to be particularly useful. It’s called Grouping and it lets you identify several items on your desktop and simultaneously put them in a folder which is automatically created for you.

Here is how it works. Select your common objects by holding down the Command key while left clicking on them. Then right click and select “New Folder with Selection” from the contextual menu that opens. The items are moved into the newly created folder and the title bar is highlighted so you can name it.
